Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to perform day to day work loads doing secretary and personal assistant duties This is a hands-on role, combining daily operations, customer service to help maintain our current client base and services.
Responsibilities:
Daily phone calls and scheduling.
Develop and implement strategies to grow the business, attract new clients, and retain existing customers.
Handle customer inquiries, estimates, and job proposal training.
No experience necessary, we train you.
call new and existing customers and log into CRM
Manage budgets, invoices, and expenses to optimize profitability training.
Promote the business through social media, networking, and other marketing strategiesbonus for leads and new projects brought in.
Qualifications:
No experience in lawn care, landscaping, or a related industry is required
Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to operate a phone, Customer Relationship Management software and social media
Sales and marketing experience, with a focus on customer satisfaction is helpful.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Rebecca Creek in Spring Branch is required.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for growth and success.
