Summary

This is a (1) person office setting.

Office assistant must have a great attitude, willingness to be a team worker and "can do" personality and "joyful" spirit and can multi-task with a SMILE!

Office assistant must be familiar with Microsoft Office and Quick Books Online and quick learner of new software.

Applicant must have a valid driver license, work references, looking to work in a (2) person office setting.

Experience working for a lawn and landscape company a plus!

This company has goals of being the leading lawn and landscape company in Randolph and San Antonio Metro-com area this year!

This position is idea with someone looking to working in a fast pace environment daily. This is Full-time position! (M-F) (8:00 pm - 2:00 pm).

Preferably looking for someone with experience close to job location. Career schools in administrative assistant and business accounting is a PLUS.

Duties include working closely with owner of company. Receive and place telephone calls. Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.

Performs data entry and use software programs such as QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office, and CLIP scheduling software. Must be proficient with CLIP scheduling after (2) weeks.

Excellent communication skills are essential. Job will require to input invoices daily in QuickBooks Online/CLIP, answer telephone, prepare daily route, do follow-up calls, prepare daily reports, make collection calls,input appointments into Gmail calendar, keep account receivables in check, schedule estimates, help with marketing strategy, filing etc.

Duties and Responsibilities

Monitoring and establishing procedures for office record keeping using QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office, CLIP and to ensure the confidentiality and security of data for customers.

Ability to use filing systems to ensure that filing systems are correctly maintained.

Prepares lawn maintenance crew schedules and reports to ensure maximal efficiency with customers.

Updating time sheets daily, updating customer data and billing daily.

Ability to handle customer compliments and complaints and inquiries.

Must be proactive with implementing ideas and suggestions immediately.

Must have great communication and multitasking skills.

Executing changes with the approval of the owner to develop and improve operational efficiency.

Ability to work with owner to organize and coordinate office procedures, operations, and resources to make

easy organizational efficiency.

Execute and maintains fundamental operational procedures and systems.

Set goals and objectives to get critical task completed daily.

Delegate work duties to lawn maintenance crew.

Allocate use of available resources.

Monitor and assist lawn maintenance crew with work progress.
