My small business is looking to hire someone that has customer service experience and wants to work. I am looking for someone who can be professional yet aggressive when needed on these phone calls.
Job Description:
Call and establish the lines of communication with clinics based on order priority
Make regular and persistent phone calls and/or other means of contact with each clinic to complete each order timely
Escalate the level of communication (intensity) with clinics as order approaches due date and send proper notices to each location
Regular time and attendance. This is a huge one for us. We need someone reliable to be a part of our team.
Strong verbal, written, and phone communication skills
Proficient computer skills; ability to navigate through the Internet, MS Office, Adobe, and Outlook
Outstanding interpersonal skill with, peers, superiors, customers, and vendors
Ensure compliance with all HIPAA regulations concerning use, retrieval, storage, and sharing of medical records.
