The Village at Incarnate Word, a retirement community, has an immediate, part time, evening, receptionist position available.
Reports to: VP of Marketing and Business Development
This a part time position, 3:30pm - 9pm, Monday - Thursday
Position Summary: Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system. Alternate Health Screener as needed.
Qualifications:
Individual must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and be comfortable in dealing with the public and most especially, older adults. Must be able to prioritize work accordingly and multi-task. Must be team oriented, a self-starter and well organized. Must be friendly, courteous and provide excellent customer service. Alternate Health Screener conducts health screening of visitors and employees to include screening questionnaire and temperature checks using no-touch thermometer. Ensure required documentation is completed for private caregivers. Must be able to multi task and have excellent attendance.
