International freight forwarder is seeking a fully bilingual administrative assistant to join our team in San Antonio. The position will cover a wide range of areas in a very fast paced environment.
You must be able to do the following:
-Speak English and Spanish fluently and professionally
-Work within all Google Suite products particularly Sheets
-Work with Intuit products primarily QuickBooks
-Draft emails with detailed instructions in English and/or Spanish
-Create memos/announcements for office team
-Update and mine databases and Google Sheets
-Seek suppliers and request quotes for services as required
-Create and maintain personnel files in coordination with human resource department
-Assist with opening of new locations
-Assist corporate marketing team with local tasks
-Deliver marketing materials to local retail locations
-Register and classify expenses
-Purchase office supplies and shipping materials
-Make travel arrangements for team members
-Take pictures and videos of jobs in process
-Create office ambiance and holiday decorations
-Drive locally (when required)
-Some travel in the US, mostly Texas

We are opening retail locations in diverse areas of the city and we need you to assist with all of the tasks that are required so that our management team can focus on growth.
Every day will be different from the last. There are administrative office tasks, accounting duties, shopping, quoting services with providers, setting up interviews. We are holding interviews the week of March 24th and intend our chosen candidate to start March 31st.
The schedule is Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30 pm and some Saturdays as required.
Your job interview will include a test to verify your language skills and Google Sheets ability.
