Warehouse Associate/ Translator you will play a vital role in facilitating effective communication by transcribing, interpreting, and translating content between languages. This position requires a keen understanding of linguistics and the ability to convey messages accurately in both English and Japanese Language.
Duties:
Warehouse Duties- Loading and Unloading freight
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
- Microsoft Office, Excel
- Transcribe written or spoken material from one language to another.
- Interpret conversations, speeches, or meetings to ensure accurate communication.
- Utilize bilingual proficiency to facilitate seamless language conversion.
- Write and translate documents while maintaining the original meaning and tone.
- Communicate effectively with clients or individuals to clarify information as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1 year manufacturing or warehouse experience
- Proven experience in translation or related linguistic roles.
- Fluency in English and Japanese
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Ability to work with cultural nuances and idiomatic expressions.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
- Formal education in linguistics or a related field is desirable.
