Quality Control Inspector
Familiarity with reading drawings and then, comparing them to the actual components.
Log the daily activity of each line with the log chart given.
Inspect incoming components from the various vendors.
Report the errors and production goal for the line at the end of the day on the chart at the front of the Production Area.
Calibrate and log equipment.
Computer Skills:
Basic skills required in Microsoft Word, and Excel
Basic Skills:
Math (Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication and Division)
Writing (Penmanship and grammar)
Reading(Instruction)
Familiarity with the following measuring tools:
Calipers
Microscope
Micrometer
Ruler
Gages (Thread, pin, ring, groove)
Pressure gage
Conditions of the job:
80 – 90% working on your feet to inspect product.
Constantly rotating product and components to view from different angles for visual inspection.
Must be able to lift a max. 25 lbs.
Must be able to bend over or squat, some items are near the floor.
An inspector must constantly be observing and question everything out of the norm.

PAID HOLIDAYS $75.00 PER MONTH FOR PERFECT ATTENDANCE
