Compensation: IS DETERMINED DURING INTERVIEW AND BASED ON EXPERIENCE.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
Set-up endmill tools, materials and operate CNC Milling Stations
Haas Milling Stations, Motion Master Router,
Diversified Machine Systems, 5 Axis Router
Apply appropriate program to the machine. Edit programs as needed to perform proper runs.
Perform machine set-up utilizing proper tools. Monitor feeds and speeds inspect completed product against provided drawings and interpret acceptable tolerances.
Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of machine equipment. Utilize company job travelers to make parts as described.
Assist with building fixtures, tooling and molds as needed.
Responsible for assuring quality of machined components. Performs various other miscellaneous duties as required.
Applicants must possess a can-do attitude plus the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks on a daily basis. Strong sense of urgency and impeccable follow through is essential. Team oriented and the ability to work independently a must. Clear verbal/written communication skills required.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Ability to read blueprints, use various tools of measurement and verify part(s) to drawings.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
High school diploma with five years background in machine operation. Some computer background helpful but not required.
