Job Opportunity: Entry-Level Bilingual Legal Assistant (Criminal Defense Law)

We are seeking an untrained legal assistant to join our team and embark on a rewarding career. No prior experience is required; we will provide comprehensive training in the specific duties needed to support our criminal defense practice.

Bilingual: Proficiency in Spanish and English is essential for assisting diverse clients.

Organization: You are organized. You can take complex and chaotic sets of information and organize them in ways that are easily understood by other members of the team.
Requisite Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma.
Must have fluency with computers. Applicant should have some understanding of Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, VLC Media Player, Google Drive, and Outlook
Responsibilities (Training Provided):
Assisting attorneys with case preparation, research, and documentation.
Assisting with production of exhibits, video and power point presentations, and drafting.
Communicating with clients, witnesses, investigators, and other stakeholders.
Managing legal files, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
Providing language support for non-English-speaking clients.

Compensation:
This is an entry-level position with a competitive starting rate based on experience and qualifications. As you develop your skills, opportunities for advancement and increased compensation will be available.
