What We’re Looking For:
- Tree Climbers: Must have at least 2 years of experience in tree climbing, rigging, and working with power tools. Knowledge of proper pruning, safety protocols, and safe climbing techniques required.
- Crew Workers: Previous experience in tree service or labor-intensive outdoor work is preferred. Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift heavy loads.
- Crew Leaders: 3+ years of experience in tree service, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. Must have excellent knowledge of safety standards and tree care techniques.
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to work well within a team environment
