Hello! We are a growing in-ground swimming pool service company searching for the right person to join our team. We are currently seeking help to assist with an expanding residential swimming pool cleaning/maintenance route. This is a full time position that does not require prior experience with swimming pools for the right candidate, paid on-the-job training will be provided. Prior experience with swimming pools is a plus.
What we offer:
- Competitive hourly pay, starting at $18.00 an hour up to $25.00 an hour, based upon experience and performance
- Weekly pay via direct deposit (you must have a verifiable savings or checking account with a legitimate banking institution)
- Two weeks paid time off after 1 year of employment
- Dental, life, and AD&D insurance after 90 days
- Paid, on-the-job training (we are patient and will not put you out on your own until we are confident that you are ready)
- Newer, late model company vehicle and tools provided once training is complete
- Once training is complete, you are allowed to take your assigned company vehicle home
- Friendly work environment
Qualifications:
- Trustworthy, hard-working, independent, and self-motivated with a positive attitude
- High standard of excellence must take pride in your work
- Neat and professional in appearance (work shirts provided)
- Dependable and show up for work everyday
- This is a full time position: you must be able to work Monday through Friday, and occasionally Saturday during periods of high workload
- Able to work independently and with other team members
- Good communication skills and customer service skills
- Consider this job a long term profession with the ability to advance and take on new responsibilities
- Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds or more
- Enjoy working outdoors in all conditions (rain, snow, hot, or cold)
- Dependable transportation (you must have your own vehicle to get to and from work during your training period)
- Clean background check (no felonies)
- Computer literate
- Read, write, and speak English
MUST have a good driving record:
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Must be insurable
- No DUI or DWI within the past 10 years
- No more than 1 ticket for speeding in the past 3 years
- No more than 1 minor accident in the past 3 years
- We are zero-tolerance regarding angry, aggressive, and unsafe driving from our employees (if this is your driving style, please do not apply)
We are a family owned small business based on the northeast side of San Antonio that has been in business for over 10 years. We service, maintain, and repair residential swimming pools in the greater San Antonio area. We pride ourselves on providing excellent service to all of our clients.
