Job Description:
Responsible for managing and supervising parking facilities, ensuring a smooth and safe experience for drivers. Their duties typically include:
1. Directing drivers to available parking spaces
2. Collecting parking fees or tickets
3. Monitor parking lot and notify manager of violation of parking rules.
4. Assisting drivers with parking and locating their vehicles
5. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the parking area
6. Reporting any damage or issues with parking equipment or facilities
7. Providing customer service and answering questions
8. Managing cash and operating parking payment systems
9. Collaborating with security personnel to ensure a secure environment.
The goal is to ensure a safe, efficient, and convenient parking experience for drivers.
Required to run; stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
