Maintenance Tech – Make Ready / Landscaping – $20/hr (East San Antonio)
We are hiring a Maintenance Tech for a housing community on the East side of San Antonio. This is a great opportunity for someone with make-ready and landscaping experience looking for steady work at $20/hour.
Job Details:
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional weekends may be required)
Location: East San Antonio
Responsibilities:
Perform make-ready tasks to prepare units for new residents (basic repairs, painting, cleaning, etc.)
Handle landscaping and groundskeeping duties (mowing, trimming, general upkeep of the property)
Ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained
Work as part of a team to meet deadlines
Requirements:
Experience with make-ready and general landscaping/grounds work
Ability to lift, carry, and move items as needed for maintenance tasks
Must pass a drug screen and background check
Reliable transportation and good attendance
