Seeking Skilled Manufactured Home Community Maintenance Personnel
Duties not limited to, but include the following:
Maintaining community grounds (trimming, mowing, trash pickup)
Landscaping
Plowing/Salting in winter months (where applicable)
Repair of Water/Sewer lines when needed
Assist in evictions (securing and padlocking homes)
Troubleshoot problem areas
Respond to emergency calls
Must be able to:
Think outside the box and resolve issues quickly and effectively
Work independently
Multitask
Operate large machinery when necessary
Occasionally lift 50lbs or more
Experience Preferred.
Must be 18 years or older and possess a current driver’s license. Pay based on experience.
