Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing.
Identify and address lawn care issues such as pests, diseases, and weeds.
Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely and efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure high-quality results.
Requirements:
Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor weather conditions.
Must have a Driver's License
Must know how to dive Stick Shift cars.
