Who we are:
Hender-Bornes Lawn Care is a small family and veteran owned company. We strive to maintain that same vibe with our employees. We cultivate a work environment that is similar to hanging out with the family on Sunday.
What we do:
We predominantly deal with residential mowing and property clean ups. We aspire to expand to small commercial contracts in the future.
Who we are looking for:
The right candidate would be a Initiative-taker, Disciplined and a dependent candidate. Must have a valid drivers license, social security card and reliable transportation. Knowledge and experience with basic lawn/landscape equipment preferred.
Daily scope of work:
The workday starts at 7:45am. We depart the shop at 8:00am and return to the shop NLT 5:00pm (April-May) days could be longer). If the route is finished early, you will be paid for the entire 8hr shift as long as the quality the work is not compromised.
Compensation:
Our starting pay rate is 17.00$/hr. Could be more if you have experience. We pay weekly on Fridays. Raises are determined by your reliability and work performance. This is a permanent position, not a day labor position. We are located in Cibolo/Schertz, Texas.
