All American Irrigation Systems, LLC (AAIS) is looking for a Landscape/Lawn Maintenance Helper. Our shop is located in New Braunfels so you will need to be able to drive to this location to pick up a company truck. Our hours are M-Th 7:00am-5:00pm and Fridays 7:00am to Noon. We do have opportunities for overtime as well as receiving tips. This is a family-owned company, and we work with a family style atmosphere. We expect everyone that works here to be a team player.
Duties and Responsibilities
Must be reliable, have transportation and show up on time
Exceptional communication skills and good customer service
Team player mentality
Physical ability to meet work demands in all weather conditions
Must be able to pull a trailer
Must be able to operate hedge trimmer, blower, zero-turn mower, and weed eater
Maintain truck and supply inventory
This position may require occasional work on Saturdays, especially in the fall and spring, under deadline constraints, or during the holiday season
Qualifications
Minimum of at least 2 or more years’ experience in landscape/lawn care
Ability to lift 50+ lbs at any given time
Professional demeanor
Properly operate equipment and tools while ensuring a safe non-hazardous work environment
Highly motivated and able to work under pressure/deadlines
Strong communication skills
Ability to communicate in Spanish preferred, but not required
Clean driving record and background check required
Compensation
This is an hourly position, compensation based on experience
Health/Dental insurance options available after 30 days
Paid personal time off after 90 days
One week paid vacation upon one year anniversary
