Position: Commercial Painter / Shop Painter / Industrial Painter:
Location: Von Ormy, TX.
Hours: 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday (with occasional Saturdays)
Pay: Based on Experience, Time and a Half after 40 hours
Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance after 90 days (Company pays 70% Medical)
Responsibilities:
Knowledge and experience in blasting, priming, and painting structural steel
Ability to run the paint shop efficiently
Communicate effectively with the Shop Supervisor
Plan and organize tasks effectively
Keep helpers busy and productive
Ensure proper materials are always in stock
Requirements:
-Proven experience in commercial painting, preferably with structural steel
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Attention to detail and quality workmanship
-Commitment to safety protocols and regulations
