Job Title: Paint Sprayer (Air-Powered System)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paint Sprayer / Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience operating air-powered spray systems (HVLP, LVLP, or conventional) to apply paint, stains, and finishes to surfaces with precision and care. This role is key to delivering high-quality finishes on [metal components, etc.].
Key Responsibilities:
Operate air-powered paint spray equipment to apply paint and coatings.
Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, cleaning, and masking.
Mix paints and finishes according to specifications.
Maintain and clean spray guns, nozzles, and other equipment.
Follow all safety guidelines for ventilation, PPE, and material handling.
Inspect finished work for consistency and quality.
Maintain accurate records of materials used and jobs completed.
Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with air-powered paint systems (minimum 2 years preferred).
Familiarity with HVLP, LVLP, or conventional spray guns.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Basic knowledge of paint mixing ratios and surface preparation.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
OSHA or safety training is a plus.
