Hi there! We are in search of a maintenance and groundskeeping personnel at 2 of our hotel locations.

Maintenace $16+/hour depending on experience.

Maintenance Duties:
Completion of room and property work orders that management and/or Front Desk assign you during your shift.
Making sure property, lobby and rooms meet hotel standards.
If you see something needs to be fixed, initiate it.
Frequent communication with your staff and assigning work orders for yourself and your teammates for anything you deem unsatisfactory in rooms and/or around the property.
Groundskeeping duties:
Taking out trash around the property and occasionally in rooms if assistance is needed with larger bulk items guests leave behind.
Leaf blowing, sweeping and/or power washing the grounds and making sure there is no trash and all grounds meet hotel standards.
Any other groundskeeping duties assigned.
Requirements:
Good communication and time management
Maintenance experience; if you have lock experience or AC experience that is a big plus but not required.
Transportation and smartphone.
Good attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for our hotel
