Garage Door Technician help wanted! High School to College age!

I am the owner of Dapper Dudes Garage here in San Antonio. I need someone part time starting out. Starting out I will need someone to help run jobs with me from time to time. You will get 18% commission on any jobs starting out. If you have your own parts to supply yourself running the jobs then I will add parts cost to your overall pay. IMPORTANT: YOU MUST DRESS NICE TO WORK! This is a special company with a special niche in the industry. Dressing up in "DAPPER" fashion is a must. So young men with swag a good looking clean cut appearance are preferred because we take our name and our image very serious. Facial hair is okay if it is clean. ALSO: You must truly have great people skills and be great with people and not easily offended or easily angered. Another one of our staples is our second to NONE customer service. I will not at all tolerate anyone ever being rude or unbecoming with any customer. If there is ever an issue just be professional and give me a call and let me handle it if you can't. Look up the term "DAPPER". It means well-dressed, well-mannered men. So we dress up and look good when we work. I will be doing an interview session picking good fits for this company. Pay is every week, however, depending on how reliable you are and how fast you run the jobs that come in, if I am pleased with your performance then I will pay you asap. So your pay is more or less in your hands. But I need someone not lazy and don't play games because I won't. And if you leave me hanging on jobs or slow play customers and are late then I take that from your pay. I don't want any irresponsible kids or young adults with todays calibur of work ethics. I want those that were raised right and are willing to work and earn their money the right way. This is a good opportunity especially for you younger guys that are willing to work and makes some money. The work is easy but you have to be responsible. If you hang in with me long enough their could be a good future for you in this. My business is growing and as it does I need to grow my team.
