Trade Management is hiring immediately in partnership with a prominent Commercial Contractor in San Antonio TX area within the Plumbing industry.
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Pay rate: $25-35
Responsibilities:
Assembles, installs and repairs plumbing systems according to specifications and appropriate trade and building codes. These systems may consist of pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water and drainage systems.
Installs and repairs plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, bathtubs, urinals, water heaters, water softeners and others.
Assembly of tubing and fittings, using couplings, clamps, bolts, screws, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, soldering
Review blueprints and building codes to determine work details and procedures.
Study building plans to assess materials needed for jobs.
Experience with installation of Commercial Plumbing systems
Install piping used to transport medical gases under the supervision of a Master Plumber
Qualifications:
3 year plumbing foreman experience
Able to stand, lift, put together, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 lbs. without assistance.
