JOB SUMMARY
Provide excellent customer service to spectators, vendors and venue employees while performing assigned duties. Actively ensure that all spectators and guests have a safe and positive experience during their visit.
DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve in one or more of the following positions:
o TICKET TAKER
o USHER
o GUEST SERVICES
o SPECIAL DUTIES AS REQUIRED BY THE VENUE
Maintain a professional image.
Customer Service - Greet all guests in a polite and friendly manner.
Proactively assist guests with their needs.
Enforce policies of the venue and the specific event.
Proactively create and maintain a safe and secure environment.
Know and understand post orders, venue amenities / layout, and daily event details.
Maintain a working knowledge of all emergency policies, procedures and regulations.
Report safety hazards and security concerns to the appropriate authorities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
Pass a criminal background check.
Exemplify the BR Ushering of Texas LLC policy.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
Able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with guests and fellow employees.
Able to stand for long periods of time and work outside in all weather conditions.
Able to work nights, weekends and holidays. Able to work 80% of scheduled events.
Able to push, lift, and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
