You MUST know your way around:
-HVAC installs and sheet metal work
-Demo and material handling
-General cleanup and worksite prep
This is hands-on contract work — not a training ground. We need people who can show up and get the job done without babysitting.
Requirements:
-At least 3 years of commercial job site experience
-Strong work ethic + reliability is non-negotiable
-Must have your own transportation.
-Must be ready to work immediately.
