Responsibilities:
Maintaining the general appearance and cleanliness of both residential and commercial properties
Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing living areas, bathrooms, kitchens, laundries, offices, and other indoor spaces
Vacuuming carpets, rugs, floors, blinds, and furniture
Dusting and wiping down furniture, appliances, windows, ceiling fans, doors, light fixtures, and more
Oven and microwave cleaning
Sweeping and mopping floors
Trash disposal
Lawn mowing
General maintenance and light repairs
Pressure washing
Requirements:
Reliable transportation, current driver's license, car insurance and registration
Cleaning experience preferred
Honesty and integrity, as we prioritize trustworthiness in our team
A good quality telephone
The ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as some cleaning tasks may require physical strength
Physical capability to perform a cleaning and landscaping job effectively
Willingness to undergo a background check
Ability to operate pressure washing and landscaping equipment
Basic English
Cleaning supplies and equipment: vacuum, mop, colored rags, dusting.
Preference will be given to experienced teams of two. We offer competitive pay.
