ABOUT THE ROLE: Cleaning Specialist
Availability:
Required from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, 6 days a week.
Typical hours may extend beyond 5:30 PM, depending on job requirements.
Responsibilities:
Perform turnover cleans, as well as residential and commercial cleans.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Maintain high cleaning standards following training completion.
Conduct detailed quality checks to ensure client satisfaction.
Assist in training new staff and manage tasks related to cleaning or staging.
Handle additional tasks as needed to support the team.
HANDS-ON EVALUATION & COMPENSATION
All successful applicants will undergo a 1-month trial period as a contractor before being considered for a full-time employee role.
During the 1-Month Trial Period:
Expect weekly payouts of up to $500, depending on your availability and the season.
After the Trial Period:
Full-time salaried positions are based on performance during the trial period.
If your performance meets company standards and expectations, you may be offered a salaried position as a W-2 employee.
If the trial does not result in a salaried role, there may still be opportunities to continue as a contractor or for part-time work.
Applicable taxes and social security deductions will apply for salaried employees.
We offer flexible scheduling and payout options to accommodate both full-time and part-time needs, with varying workdays based on your availability.
EXPECTED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in thorough housecleaning is essential.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus!).
Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
Must be authorized to work in the USA.
Ability to manage inventory, conduct property inspections, and report issues accurately.
Strong communication skills for regular updates and video walkthroughs with management.
Flexibility to cover shifts for co-managers or other cleaning staff when needed.
