Main Job Duties:
Help Associates fill out applications
Data Entry
Submit payroll/timesheets
Filing
Email Clients
Recruit new associates by making calls
Recruit using, Zip Recruiter, CareerBuilder, Etc.
Post Job Ads on Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
Pass out checks to the employees
Injury Reports
Other assignments as needed
Requirements:
Must be available to work whole shift 8am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)
Intermediate Computer Skills
MS Office or Google Sheets Experience
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Self Motivated Individual
Strong Communication Skills
