We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. Responsibilities:
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Uphold resident rights by maintaining confidentiality and respecting personal dignity in all interactions.
Follow care plans as directed by healthcare professionals, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.
Perform resident observation to identify any changes in behavior or health status that may require attention.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is required.
Ability to observe residents closely and report any significant changes in their condition.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact compassionately with residents and their families.
Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism at all times.
