Duties and Responsibilities:
-Assist activities, range of motion, walking, stretching and ambulate.
-Clean restrooms, mop, take out trash, dust and sweep, organize supplies and stock room.
-Serve and collect food trays and feed patients requiring help.
-Transport patients using wheelchair or assist patients to walk.
-Assist/Handle clients weighing about minimum of 80 lbs., 200+ maximum weight.
-Attend training or orientation, if needed.
-Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the facility director, activities director and facility nurse.
- Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes
- Provide assistance with personal care
- Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Properly manage household needs
- Provide companionship and respite services for the family
- Maintain a clean, sanitized living environment
