Botika at the Pearl is looking for servers to join the team as we head into our busy spring season. We seek servers who are passionate about hospitality, possess self-discipline, team-oriented, and are dedicated to our concept. Our ideal candidates thrive in a learning environment and have a genuine interest in progressing in the world of food and beverage.
The vibe and cuisine of Botika reflect a melting pot of South American and South East Asian flavor and culture. Botika also boasts the only sake and sushi program in the Pearl, and have an extensive beverage training program.
As a server at Botika, your responsibilities will include setting up and breaking down the dining area, adhering to our service standards to ensure seamless experiences for our guests, and collaborating with fellow servers and the bar team to maintain a high level of service.
