Job Responsibilities:
o Provide friendly and attentive service to customers, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.
o Operate the cash register with accuracy and efficiency.
o Food running and delivering orders to tables promptly and accurately.
o Pre-bus and bus tables efficiently to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
o Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and seamless service.
o Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the front of house area.
o Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications:
o Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred but not required.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm and friendly under pressure.
o Enthusiasm for providing exceptional service and creating positive experiences for customers.
o Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours
