We are seeking a Food Truck Manager to join our Rex's Creole Kitchen #3 team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities.
Oversee guest services and resolve issues.
Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation.
Train and manage kitchen personnel.
Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service or other related fields. Knowledge in operating basic Kitchen equipment.
Strong leadership qualities; Work with staff members efficiently. Respect and communication are key.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and communication skills, English speaking a must.
Strong attention to detail; Keep a nice clean area.
Must have reliable transportation, can work nights and weekends, have the ability to work special promotional events that occur from time to time.
