About The Job
- Provide hospitable service to our guests, vendors, and staff.
- Learn the menu and POS system (ALOHA).
- Work with the management team to do day-to-day ordering, book catering, private dinners & events.
- Perform opening and closing duties, to include opening & closing store, POS closeouts as well as check-out of servers.
- Must be available to work flexible split, opening & closing shifts Monday - Saturday (Closed on Sundays except Mother's Day & Valentine's Day).
- Capable of directing servers, hosts, bussers & other staff members in the FOH.
- Interview, hire, and submit new hire paperwork when necessary for FOH.
-Scheduling FOH based on restaurant needs.
-Staff training and continued staff improvement training.
-Enforce company standards, procedures, and policies with FOH staff.
- Food Manager and TABC Certifications.

-Ability to work as a team member and able to work independently.
-Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
