Looking for experienced pantry / cold side chef for catering. Will be working with our team doing mainly salads, sandwiches, sauces, prep, hors d' oeuvres, etc. Some training will be necessary but looking for someone who has a decent amount of experience. Hours may vary but will be mostly full time. Start time is usually between 7 and 8 am Monday through Friday, but in the busy season (which is now) there can be earlier starts if breakfast orders happen. Most days kitchen is done by 5pm (and often earlier) but at times later as well depending on orders. Weekend events/orders are possible as well. Would like to find someone who also has experience with events/banquets as a field chef. Need to be a team player, reliable, punctual and have transportation figured out. Having a driver's license is a plus but not required. Good crew with a good atmosphere and low turnover, can be a long-term position for the right person. Pay is negotiable dependent on experience, generally starting at $16 per hour and up. Overtime will be available during busy times. Reply to ad with resume or contact info and job experience.
