Demi-Chef: Bakery & Pastry experience 2+ years experience.
Make basic breads like focaccia, cakes from scratch, cake balls, basic European pastries and handle cold station with basic appetizers and salad.
We make almost everything in-house including deserts.
The Bistro is open for dinner only Wednesday to Saturday from 5-9pm. Lunch Friday and Brunch Sunday from 11am - 2pm.
We are a serious but relaxed tight knit kitchen made up of staff that are passionate and detail oriented.
Come see how great it is to get out of the rat race and live in a small town. Rents from $700 - 800 for a two bedroom, hardly any traffic, easy going people. As a life style I found fun bars, decent pizza place, cheap Mexican restaurants and great outdoors stuff including a river, golf course and parks.
