This is an on-site role.Industry: Global multinational professional services companyTitle: Business Process Architect ( Workday certified in PATT)Location: San Antonio, TX - RemoteDuration: 6 monthsShift: M-F 8am-5pmJob DescriptionMust be Workday certified in PATT.As a Business Process Architect, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing new business processes to create documentation for the implementation of new processes and technologies.Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases.Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.Responsible for team decisions.Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.Expert proficiency in Functional Designs is required.Expert level of proficiency in Application Architecture Design is recommended.

Develop innovative business process designs to enhance operational efficiency

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives

Lead process improvement initiatives to drive continuous enhancement

Provide strategic insights on process optimization and technology integration
