Sr. Network Engineer

Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Sr. Network Engineer for a large Bank customer in the San Antonio area.Network Engineer will:Lead and support the Network Operations Engineering manager in the successful accomplishment of the departments' daily tasks, goals, projects, and initiatives.Evaluate incoming technical requests and advise Management team members for planning and implementation of new projects technical features and business requirements.Organization and prioritization of project tasks, service tickets, and service escalations assigned to the network engineering team.Evaluate systems, management tools, procedures and or policies for improvement and participate in the strategic planning with IBC IT Management.Ensure Network Engineers perform daily maintenance routines and tasks per IBC policies, process and procedures.Provide regular status reporting to management on assignments and Engineering activities.Directly engage and complete technical assignments as needed.Mentor and guide personnel and provide feedback as necessary to the Network Operations and Engineering manager.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
