Description We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of accounting functions, including account reconciliation, maintaining balance sheets, and managing both accounts receivable and payable. Your expertise will be vital to the efficient operation of our financial department.Duties:
Process travel expenses
Correspond with external service providers (finance shared services, CPA, and business compliance services)
Correspondence with suppliers and customers
Asset accounting
General clearing of accounts
General ledger accounting (settlements, postings and reconciliations)
Processing of payment reminders (accounts receivables)
Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts receivable and payable
Responsible for AR
Processing of balance confirmations
Produce accurate accounting reports and present their results
Cash flow management
Manage bank account: process payments and communicate with bank
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field
3 years + of relevant professional experience in related Industry
Good knowledge of written and spoken German.
Good knowledge of SAP
Organizational talent, ability to work in a team, solution and goal-oriented
Flexible and able to work under pressure
