Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Recruiter in the perishable food manufacturing industry, based in San Antonio, Texas. As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging candidates, managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, and maintaining accurate documentation of all recruiting activities. Responsibilities: Proactively identify and engage high-quality candidates using various recruitment techniques such as job postings, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events. Conduct comprehensive screenings for various roles across industries. Develop and implement strategies to attract suitable candidates through different channels. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and facilitating offer discussions. Collaborate with hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of specific job requirements and create effective sourcing plans. Maintain a consistent pipeline of talent and manage their placements effectively. Organize and participate in recruiting events to interact with potential candidates. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear and timely communication at each step of the hiring process. Keep accurate and organized documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities. Assist with the onboarding procedures once candidates accept an offer. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in a recruiter role Proficient in ADP - Financial Services Skilled in using ADP Workforce Now Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Familiarity with Careerbuilder platform Proficiency in CRM systems usage Experience with About Time software Understanding of Applicant Track System Capable of conducting Background Checks Knowledge of Benefit Functions Excellent Communication skills Proficient in Ceridian software Experience with Ceridian Payroll System Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Basic Office Skills are required Familiarity with Basic Office Equipment is necessary TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
