MUST be in San Antonio, TX office 5 days a week/ 40 hours General recruiter who has 1 year of exp or more with a great attitude and strong interpersonal skill is who is needed. Can even be entry level, sourcer, no exp right out of college with great attitude and willing to learn, grow, etc, T The Recruiter is responsible for coordinating and executing the full cycle recruitment of qualified candidates to meet current and future staffing needs including developing and implementing creative recruiting strategies; candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, relocating, recommending appropriate salaries, and testing for Information Management and other positions as requested. This includes sourcing, screening, and recommending prospective experienced candidates for employment based on defined hiring needs and job specifications. • Responsible for high velocity recruiting for positions. • Work with hiring managers to develop and maintain job descriptions, requirements, and other related documentation. • Consult with management staff on various issues such as salary expectations, availability issues, and expediting the hiring process. • Utilize a variety of sources to identify and recruit candidates, including referrals, online database services, newsgroups, college recruiting opportunities, and advertisements. • Along with line management, responsible for negotiating salary, relocation expenses, travel, and various other issues. QUALIFICATIONS: A. Education/Skills: • Bachelor' s degree in a related field (e.g. Human Resources, or Business Degree) • Must have the ability to utilize Microsoft Office applications at an intermediate level for creating reports and metrics used to calculate vacancy rates, days to fill rates, and other related calculations. Experience using an automated Applicant Tracking System. • Strong talent assessment skills to screen, evaluate, select, and recommend talent including experience with behavioral-based interviewing. • Demonstrated track record of building confidence and credibility with hiring managers. B. Experience: • Minimum of three years experience in recruiting, recommending appropriate salaries, and evaluating a variety of skill sets. IND123
