ASRC Federal Cyber is seeking a Program Administrative Assistant to join our team in San Antonio where we support the US Army Dental Command (DENCOM). This is an excellent opportunity to gain work experience in the financial and project administration domains.
Assist with tracking and monitoring various projects within the organization to include analysis of program finances and purchasing requests
Provide administrative and technical support for the Project Management Team
Be responsible for general clerical, reception, and project-based tasks
Create and lead the development of financial Contract Deliverables for submittal to the customer
Work with corporate to monitor and track expenses across the program
Review, submit, and track travel and ODC requests to customer
Prepare and modify documents, including correspondences, reports, drafts, memorandums, and emails
Assist the Project Management Team with procurement requests and supplies
Ensure all project phases are documented, recorded, compiled, and distributed in meeting minutes
In-process and out-process project team members in accordance with project-level, Department of Defense, Joint Base San Antonio, and corporate requirements
Maintain in-processing/out-processing documentation and process steps in order to ensure the successful transition of project team members
Ensure mandatory trainings and Security Clearances are current for the project team as well as maintain their training records
Work with and maintain confidential information
Schedule and coordinate training, travel, and meetings for the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager
Manage staff relations and act as a liaison between management and employees

Must reside in the San Antonio area for a hybrid work schedule
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business/Administration, Accounting, or an equivalent field
2+ years’ experience in administrative assistance with knowledge of administrative procedures; knowledge of records management is a plus
2+ years’ experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) applications
The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
2+ years' experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) applications; SharePoint and Team Foundation Server (TFS) is a plus
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills required
Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proven team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
Ability to obtain a DoD Public Trust clearance which requires US Citizenship
