The MRP will work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to support patient care, clinical trials, and medical procedures. Additionally, this role will assist in the delivery of medical services, perform various clinical tasks, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of patient management and research activities.Location : On-Site San Antonio TXWhat You Will Be Doing:
Assisting physicians with patient assessments, examinations, and procedures, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to clinical protocols.
Performing diagnostic tests, including taking medical histories, conducting physical exams, and ordering laboratory and imaging studies as needed.
Managing patient follow-ups and coordinating care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
Supporting clinical research activities by recruiting and managing trial participants, collecting data, and maintaining accurate study documentation.
Providing patient education and counseling on treatment plans, medication use, and lifestyle modifications as directed by physicians.
Your Profile:
Degree in a relevant field such as nursing, physician assistant studies, or a related healthcare discipline; certification or licensure in the relevant jurisdiction is required (Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant)
Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting, with a solid understanding of medical procedures and patient care.
Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in conducting physical exams, performing diagnostic tests, and managing patient care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and provide patient-centered care.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
