Responsible for directing, managing, supervising, and coordinating all technical activities, implementing strategic initiatives, and developing new functional or cross-functional business processes to support the department’s objectives.
Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to establish requirements and identify areas for improvement in operations
Manage operating budgets, people processes, and technologies to drive operational improvements
Supervise the technical performance of laboratory staff to ensure high-quality blood products and client testing.
Qualification :
7+ Years of laboratory experience in (NAT testing, VMT testing, STD testing) is Mandatory
Bachelors OR Masters degree in Science is Mandatory
5+ years of extensive management experience in laboratory operations with 2+ years of supervising high-complexity testing.
Experience with HCT/P (Human Cells, Tissues, and Cellular and Tissue-Based Products), Whole Blood, OPO (Organ Procurement Organization) is Preferred
Experience working in a regulated environment (FDA, CAP, CLIA) is Preferred
MT OR MLS OR CLS certification is Preferred
