An established company in San Antonio is looking for a Help Desk Technician. The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end users over the phone, via remote access, and in person. Help Desk Technician will also be identifying, troubleshooting, resolving or escalating desktop hardware, printing, network connection, and application software problems. This position will be

on-site in San Antonio majority of the time. 1 day per week remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Monitors the Helpdesk ticket tracking system to respond to problems identified by users in a timely manner.
  • Provide telephone, remote, and in person assistance to end-users in need of support.
  • Ability to manage Windows based desktops, laptops, and devices in a corporate network environment.
  • Installs, configures, maintains, desktop & laptop hardware and software.
  • Flexibility to work in a faced paced, challenging, and rewarding environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2+ years of experience providing helpdesk and/or other technical support
  • Able to critically think through defects, issues risks & action items to determine appropriate course of action
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
