Executive Assistant (San Antonio, TX)Executive AssistantSecurity Clearance RequiredOTA is seeking a detail-oriented Executive Assistant and Customer Support Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative and program support to senior leadership. This role involves managing a wide range of administrative tasks, including personnel data processing, travel management, program coordination, and executive support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced military environment.This position is contingent upon contract award.Responsibilities

Manage In/Out processing for personnel, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding

Monitor and manage performance reports and personnel data using the Military Personnel Data System (MilPDS)

Serve as the Government Travel Card (GTC) Program Manager, handling card issuance, use monitoring, and reporting

Act as the Defense Travel System (DTS) Administrator, processing travel requests, reimbursements, and resolving travel-related issues

Coordinate various programs, including the Drug Demand Reduction (DDR) program, health care program, fitness program, and supply program

Administer the civilian timecard program, ensuring accurate recording and tracking of time worked

Monitor the progress of various administrative programs to ensure milestones and goals are achieved

Provide direct administrative support to squadron senior leadership, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and arranging travel logistics

Organize and prepare meeting materials, agendas, and briefing documents for senior staff

Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of leadership to ensure timely and accurate correspondence

Required Qualifications

Associate degree or approved equivalent experience

Minimum of 5 Years of related experience

Working knowledge of MilPDS, GTC, DTS, ERM, and DDR

MS Office Suite certification
