Position SAS has an opening for a Full-Time Manager of Infrastructure, .Under administrative direction, is responsible for the operation of a 24x7 IT infrastructure including data and voice networks, servers, and storage. Responsible for the delivery of a stable, reliable, cost effective infrastructure to support applications and services. Responsible for establishing standards and procedures for working with third party vendors. Responsible for managing vendors in the IT Infrastructure space to ensure high service levels and value. Job Responsibilities:• Establishes and ensures compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) security policies and practices for employees, contractors and visitors regarding the use of data and company provided or personal equipment connecting to the domain• Builds, develops, and grows relationships with all internal customers and vendors; negotiates service level agreements with both internal and external customers and vendors, and monitor service delivery to ensure the agreed targets and standards are met; manages vendors in the IT Infrastructure space to ensure high service levels and value• Develops SLAs & KPIs to ensure IT operational excellence; develops a roadmap for the utilization of cloud services• Ensures development and continual improvement of applicable processes, policies, and procedures• Be Accountable: Whether you are documenting procedures, working on hardware, or training a store employee remotely - be someone your teammates can rely on• Customer Service: Demonstrate exceptional customer service. Going above and beyond for customers is the ONLY option• Time Management: Complete all client implementations and training according to department standards and project scope• Creativity: You will be expected to continuously provide unique ideas to improve our product, process, and overall client experience• Effective Communication: The ability to communicate effectively with store employees and third-party vendors• Professionalism: The Technician must conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times Experience Requirements• Dell Boomi experience• Dynamics 365 experience• Network and/or Systems Architecture, design, and implementation experience
