Position Responsibilities:
Analyze resource forecasts and Estimates at Completion (EACs) to support financial assessments, including robust opportunity and risk development
Gather and reconcile data from various sources to provide support for resource forecasts and EACs related to control accounts, budgets, and contracts
Create, review, and submit monthly financial reports, like the Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR), to our external customers
Develop and maintain performance measurement baselines for cost and schedule, including earned value and variance analyses
Define and communicate cost trends and project cost performance for program management attention and action
Ensure compliance and champions internal controls and procedures
Analyze data and quantify cost risk and opportunities
Collaborate with teams across Integrated Planning & Scheduling (IP&S), Financial Analysis, Control Account Managers (CAMs), Program Management, Contracts, Estimating, and Supply Chain
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options .This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher
1+ years of experience in a business related function (including but not limited to: finance, contracts, estimating, procurement financial analysis, business operations, supplier management, marketing & sales)
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent
3+ years in analytics, project leadership, and cost management (EACs, forecasting, resource planning, EVM)
Skilled in preparing and leading Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and reports (IPMR, CPR, CFSR)
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in virtual and in-person settings
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and SQL
Experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS)
