Job Family :Business OperationsTravel Required :NoneClearance Required :NoneWhat You Will Do :Guidehouse is seeking Application Review Analysts to join our team in San Antonio, TX. Please note that this position is based in San Antonio, TX supporting Eastern Time Zone hoursThe ideal candidate is a proven self-starter who enjoys a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, collaborative, interpersonal and adaptive skills are necessary. This position will have tasks ranging from data entry and reporting results, verifying documentation, processing applications, and working collaboratively with the team to meet program goals. Additional activities include:

Enter, maintain, and review applications in the program application and benefit processing platforms.

Take and process updates to online program applications.

Maintain knowledge of eligibility requirements, and customer service processes & procedures.

Communicate and resolve application disputes.

Provide expertise and guidance to program participants in interpreting policies to assure program participation and compliance.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesOur task is to organize and make sense of a wide variety of project data, proof of eligibility, and other documents to make sure we are appropriately qualifying applicants. To achieve this, the Application Analyst will demonstrate:

Strong Verbal/Written Communication Skills

Encouraging participant satisfaction.

Process applications for the Benefit Programs in accordance with all applicable program rules and regulations.

Manage assigned workload with the provided tools and resources.

Perform other duties, tasks, and special project as assigned.

Providing back-up support to other Application Review Analysts

What You Will Need :

At career level B1:

High school diploma or GED or 2+ years of prior relevant experience in lieu of a High School Diploma/GED

At career level B2:

High school diploma or GED and 1+ years of prior relevant experienced or 3+ + years of prior relevant experience in lieu of a High School Diploma/GED

At career level B3:

High school diploma or GED and 3+ years of prior relevant experienced or 5+ + years of prior relevant experience in lieu of a High School Diploma/GED

What Would Be Nice to Have :

Associate or bachelor’s degree.

PC skills in a Windows environment.

Knowledge and utilization of desktop applications to include Word and Excel.

Detail-oriented and flexible

Ability to successfully prioritize and self-manage.

Excellent strategic planning, management, and implementation skills

Innovative, motivated, and able to lead by example.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to initiate and follow through on projects and work independently with minimal supervision required.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

The ability to quickly learn new skills and subject matter

The ability to apply newly acquired skills using logic and reasoning to sets of transaction data.

A highly motivated, driven, and dynamic attitude towards work and career

The ability to excel within a team environment and independently.
