Description Our client is in need of an organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator Administrative Assistant to support a seamless execution of events. The Event Coordinator Administrative Assistant will provide support to ensure that all aspects of event planning and execution are performed effectively. This includes assisting with planning, preparing, and executing events, communicating with vendors and clients, and completing logistical tasks. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for event management. This role is primarily focused on administrative tasks within a fast-paced work environment.Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate responses. Accurately manage customer credit applications, ensuring they are processed efficiently. Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status. Maintain meticulous records of customer credit information. Utilize administrative skills to support various tasks and projects.Other administrative tasks as assigned.Requirements Demonstrated experience in an Administrative Assistance role or similar position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. High level of organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Familiarity with office management systems and procedures. High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Secretary will be a plus. Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on detail oriented, courteous service.
