Responsibilities:
- Obtain necessary permits for residential and commercial construction projects.
- Liaise with local municipalities, city officials, and HOA boards.
- Ensure all projects meet city code and HOA requirements.
- Manage the entire permit and approval process from start to finish.
- Assist in resolving permit issues, delays, or HOA concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of all applications and communications.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing city permits and HOA approvals.
